Festive Opening Hours 2023/2024

Over the festive period we at Inclusion Barnet are taking a short break. We will have a very small number of staff working from Monday 18th to Friday 22nd December and the office will be completely closed from Saturday 23rd December until Tuesday 2nd January. During this time we’ll be unable to respond to your queries, but if you’re in need of urgent support, please have a look at the resources below.

If your life is at risk right now

If you feel in need of urgent medical help, that you might attempt suicide, or may have seriously harmed yourself, please contact emergency services as follows:

  • call 999 for an ambulance
  • go straight to A&E, if you can

Both of these services are open 24/7

If you can’t do this by yourself, ask someone to help you. Mental health emergencies are serious. You’re not wasting anyone’s time.

If you’re in crisis:

If you need someone to talk to

  • Text SHOUT to 85258. This Crisis Text line is open 24/7, and aims to respond to messages within five minutes.

If you are worried about domestic abuse

If you don’t have enough food
