Over the Easter Bank Holiday break we will be completely closed from Friday 29 March to Monday 1 April and will open again on Tuesday 2 April 2024.

During this time we’ll be unable to respond to your queries, but if you’re in need of urgent support, please have a look at the resources below.

If your life is at risk right now:

If you feel in need of urgent medical help, that you might attempt suicide, or may have seriously harmed yourself, please contact emergency services as follows:

call 999 for an ambulance

go straight to A&E, if you can

Both of these services are open 24/7

If you can’t do this by yourself, ask someone to help you. Mental health emergencies are serious. You’re not wasting anyone’s time.
