There are currently three roles available within the Community Organisation Support Team at Inclusion Barnet, part of the Barnet Together partership working to support all VCFSEs in the Barnet.

Community Organisation Support Manager (Peer role) 

Salary: £40,000 per year pro rata (£32,000 actual salary)

Contract: Permanent, Part-time (28 hours per week)

Workplace: Primarily home-based, some travel to Barnet required

Lead voluntary sector support initiatives, manage a team of four, and drive engagement within the Barnet Together partnership.

Membership Development Officer x 2 (Peer roles)

Salary: £30,000 per year pro rata (21 hour role £18k actual, 28 hour role £24k actual)

Contract: Fixed-term until March 2024, Part-time

Workplace: NW9, London (Hybrid)

Work one-to-one with local organisations, ensuring that their development needs are met, and encouraging them to become members of the Inclusion Barnet Community Support Membership scheme.

Trainee Benefits Advisor (Peer role)

Salary: £26,000 per year pro rata (£15,600 actual)

Contract: Until 31st March 2025, extendable subject to funding, Part-time

Workplace: Primarily home-based, travel to Barnet 2 days per month

Embark on a journey to become a specialist welfare benefits caseworker with comprehensive training and support.


Forensics User Voice Officer (peer role)

Salary: £34,000 per year pro rata, £17k actual

Contract, 12 months with possibility of extension, Part-time

Workplace: Primarily home-based, travel to London 2 to 3 days per month

This role works with people using North London Forensics Consortium (NLFC), and you will be supporting the Patient Council to provide feedback to the mental health trusts to create positive change for their users.
