Peer Welfare Benefits Caseworker/Supervisor  – Closing date: 25 October 2023 at 23:59

Who we’re looking for: an experienced welfare benefits adviser with some supervisory experience.

Salary Scale:  £34,000

Hours:  Full time (35 hours per week).

Working Pattern: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. Reasonable flexibility in this pattern available by mutual agreement.

Based at: Home based with regular visits to locations in Barnet and occasionally other parts of London.

Who we’re looking for:  an experienced policy professional at a growing and successful organisation with a focus on addressing disability poverty and advocating for social justice.

Salary Scale: £44,750 (pro rata (£17,900 actual)

Hours: Part- time (14 hours per week), with key meetings on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Working Pattern: Tuesdays and Wednesdays as core days. (There are key meetings on these days, but it would be possible for you to split some hours over a wider number of days around that if preferred)

Based at: Most of this role can be done from home, there will be the need to travel occasionally to face to face meetings or events.

Director of Communities (Peer Role)  – Closing date: 11 November 2023 at 23:59

Who we’re looking for: someone with extensive experience of the voluntary sector, partnership management, and the gravitas to represent the sector to senior local leaders.

Salary Scale:  £53,000 – £56,000 per year

Hours: Permanent, full- time

Working Pattern: We encourage flexible working to suit your work/life balance preferences where possible.  We also operate a Time Off In Lieu (TOIL) system.

Based at: Most of this role can be done from home, candidates need to have, or be willing to relocate to, a base within about two hours travel time from Barnet.  We anticipate a need to be in Barnet on a weekly basis on average, for which travel will be paid.

Research Coordinator – Healthwatch (Peer Role) Closing date 23 October 2023 at 09:00

Responsible for: Coordinating and delivering on research and associated project activities.

Salary Scale: £30,000 pro rata per annum, dependent on experience.

Hours:  0.6 FTE (equal to 21 hours per week), permanent contract.

Working Pattern:  3 days per week. Reasonable flexibility in this pattern available by mutual agreement.

Based at: Home based, with some travel into Barnet, for which Inclusion Barnet will cover travel expenses. Applicants must live within a reasonable travelling time and distance of Barnet.
