Barnet Council wants to hear from Barnet’s Voluntary, Community, Faith and Social Enterprise (VCFSE) sector to help them develop a new Equalities, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Policy.
With people of many cultural backgrounds, faiths and life experiences living side by side, one of Barnet’s biggest strengths is its richness of diversity. The ambition is to create a place where people feel they belong, are respected, and accepted.
To support this important work, the Barnet Together Alliance are hosting an online session for community organisations on Monday 13 March, 11.00– 13.00. This is your opportunity to share your ideas about how to make Barnet a more inclusive borough.
This online session will be led by Council officers and the insights gathered will inform the refresh of the current EDI policy.
Agenda and online meeting link will be circulated nearer the time. If you have any accessibility requirements to attend this meeting, please email email@example.com
