We’re excited to share a fantastic new opportunity within Green Horizons, a groundbreaking four‑year Climate Action Fund programme led by Groundwork London in partnership with Inclusion London, Disability Rights UK, Co‑Production Collective and Inclusion Barnet.

Green Horizons pioneers a bold vision: climate‑resilient, inclusive urban spaces shaped by and for Disabled people across London. Rooted in the Social Model of Disability, the programme will remove barriers to participation so that Disabled people and DDPOs can take leadership roles in climate action at local, citywide and national levels.

Groundwork are now recruiting for a Green Horizons Programme Manager (Peer role) — someone passionate about the intersection of climate change, disability justice and community resilience.

About the role

Job Title: Green Horizons Programme Manager (Peer role)
Employer: Groundwork London
Location: Waterloo office with project work across London
Hours: 30 or 37.5 hours per week (job‑share welcome)
Salary: £43,000–£46,000
Contract: Until December 2029

This is a unique opportunity to coordinate a multi‑partner programme that centres Disabled people as leaders in climate resilience.
