Rebecca Sare (she/her)

Rebecca joined Inclusion Barnet when Barnet Voice for Mental Health became a part of the charity in October 2017. Along with Caroline, Rebecca played a key role in developing Inclusion Unlimited into a consultancy based on the power of lived experience and the learnings from heading up a successful user-led charity.

Rebecca’s background is in global advertising, communications and client management. As a practicing psychotherapist, she uses her relational and analytical expertise to lead on quality at IU and turning reflective theory into effective practice.

Rebecca says:
“Having the opportunity to openly use my lived experience of disability within my work is an utter privilege, and one which I believe should be available to all. I’m passionate about the power of peer support and developing a greater understanding of how co-production can be effectively utilised to improve the quality of services across the UK.”
