Latha is a qualified accountant. She stepped down on grounds of health, after around 19 years as a finance Manager in an inter-governmental organisation. This was set up under the auspices of the United Nations to pay compensation to victims of oil pollution from accidents involving oil tankers like fishermen, tourist operators etc. whose livelihoods were affected.
She would like to make a difference, however small, to society at large.
Having volunteered since June 2018 with the book-keeping and realising the good work being done by Inclusion Barnet, she wanted to be more involved in its good work. Hence the decision to become a trustee.
