Cristina Andreatta (she/her)

Director of Communities

Cristina joined Inclusion Barnet in January 2024 as its Director of Communities. She brings over 15 years of experience working in the charity sector in various senior roles ranging from consultancy, research and policy, partnership development, and finance.

Over the years, she has worked strategically with dozens of charities and funders operating across different social justice areas, including disability, health, migration, homelessness, and poverty. These experiences have made her appreciate deeply the vital role that the charity sector plays in supporting marginalised communities and the barriers that stand in the way of achieving lasting social change.

Cristina champions the use of placed-based approaches (focussing on specific communities) to promote systemic change in local areas. She is also passionate about the value of embedding lived experience in decision-making processes to help shape community services and influence policy change.

“Having lived with a mental health condition since a young age, I see my role at Inclusion Barnet as a great opportunity to use both my lived and learned experience to advocate for a more inclusive and equitable society for all.”
