poster repeats time and venue details
We’re hosting our first in-person members meeting since the start of lockdown and we’d love you to join us! Of course, staff will be masked up and you will still have the option of joining by video if you’re unable to attend.

Inclusion Barnet Members’ Meeting

South Friern Library

Thursday 14th April 2022

12.00pm to 1.30pm

Sandwiches / refreshments provided

Eve Byers, our User Voice Project Lead, will be hosting and keeping the event informal. So, if you’re not a member, please still do drop by during the session if you’re curious to find out more about what we do. Oh, and yes we will be providing free sandwiches!
We will be talking about the upcoming Local Government Elections on 5th May – what they mean, how you can vote and what we will be doing to make sure the candidates commit to advancing the rights of disabled people. We’d like to know what you think should be top priority, so we’ll be asking you to vote for one of nine key pledges developed by Inclusion London in collaboration with DDPOs. If you would like to cast your vote outside of the meeting, you can do so via this form.
For catering purposes it would be really helpful if you could let us know if you’re planning to come along by using the Eventbrite link below. If you are planning to join via Zoom, signing up on Eventbrite will give you access to the online meeting details.
We are really look forward to seeing you there!
Accessibility & COVID precautions:
The library is on ground level with automatic doors and a disabled loo. There is ample free kerbside parking in the immediate vicinity and blue badge holders can legally park immediately outside the venue.
Our staff will be wearing masks and the venue is spacious enough to maintain social distancing, which will be encouraged. Hand sanitiser is available on entry to the library and beside the refreshment area. Sandwiches will be served using tongs.
Please let us know on the booking form of access needs or if you have any other concerns that may prevent you from participating. We will do our utmost to accommodate reasonable adjustments.
