Marking four years as an accredited Living Wage Employer

Living Wage is about so much more than just paying a fair wage, it’s about a wider commitment to fairness and respect in everything we do.

We’re proud to mark four years as an accredited Living Wage Employer.

Here’s just a few of the things it means for us in practice:

  • Checking that organisations and opportunities we promote are fair and ethical.
  • Making sure Disabled people are properly paid for their time and expertise when asked to contribute to workshops or consultations (not just travel costs!)
  • Challenging practices that rely on unpaid labour or undervalue lived experience.

We know that Disabled people are too often expected to give their time and expertise for free. We’re committed to doing things differently.

When applying for jobs, choosing or promoting services and opportunities – do you look out for the Living Wage Logo?
