Listen to Act

In 2025 Inclusion Barnet merged with Listen to Act, an independent charity working in partnership with people and organisations to improve community services by harnessing the power of genuine community insight.

Having approached us in 2024 with a merger proposal, and despite not having previously done much work in other boroughs, we felt the strong alignment of our values and shared commitment to co-production was a good fit.

We took on Listen to Act’s three Youth projects and the Healthwatch Enfield contract.
