Over the Jubilee Bank Holiday break we will be completely closed from Thursday 2nd June to Sunday 5th June and will open again on Monday 6th June 2022.

During this time we’ll be unable to respond to your queries, but if you’re in need of urgent support, please have a look at the resources below.

If your life is at risk right now:

If you feel in need of urgent medical help, that you might attempt suicide, or may have seriously harmed yourself, please contact emergency services as follows:

call 999 for an ambulance

go straight to A&E, if you can

Both of these services are open 24/7

If you can’t do this by yourself, ask someone to help you. Mental health emergencies are serious. You’re not wasting anyone’s time.
