Inclusion Barnet’s CEO Caroline, and Aman our Head of Research and Organisational Development recently attended the House of Lords. They were invited to represent Inclusion Barnet in celebration of the 30th Anniversary of ‘A Positive Choice’; a seminal report of residential services written by the chair of the Residential Forum in 1988. The Residential Forum also used this event to launch some of their new initiatives, one of which Inclusion Barnet are a partner in.
Aman is now working with the Residential Forum in designing the evaluation framework for their new project. The project is taking an innovative approach to involving the whole community in local care planning. As well as being committed to improving Barnet in the present, Inclusion Barnet is committed to work in research and thought-leadership that makes the future a better place.
