Got a story?

Do any of these experiences resonate with you?

  • Faced discrimination during your job search or while on the job?
  • Been assessed as “capable of work” by the DWP yet struggled to find work, leaving you on lowest rate of benefits?
  • Encountered negative attitudes from the public that are only made worse by the way Disabled people are spoken about by Government and the media?

If the answer is yes to any of these questions, then, we want to hear from you!

We’re excited to announce a new campaign in the works, and we need your help to make it a success. More details to follow, but in the meantime,  we’re looking for real stories from Disabled individuals like you to show why Disabled people need more accessible employment opportunities and decent levels of benefit.

Here’s how you can contribute:

Share your story: We’re happy to interview you, whether you prefer an on-camera interview, writing a blog post or poem, or simply telling us your story and letting us write it up for you.

Stay anonymous: We understand if you don’t feel comfortable being identified. We can find creative ways to share your story while protecting your privacy.

Your experiences are powerful. By sharing them, you’ll help raise awareness, tackle discrimination, and create the chance for positive change.
