Festive Opening Hours

Over the festive period we at Inclusion Barnet are taking a short break. We will have a very small number of staff working from 21st to 24th December and the office will be completely closed from Friday 25th December and will open again on Monday 4th January. During this time we’ll be unable to respond to your queries, but if you’re in need of urgent support, please have a look at the resources below.

If your life is at risk right now

If you feel in need of urgent medical help, that you might attempt suicide, or may have seriously harmed yourself, please contact emergency services as follows:

  • call 999 for an ambulance
  • go straight to A&E, if you can

Both of these services are open 24/7

If you can’t do this by yourself, ask someone to help you. Mental health emergencies are serious. You’re not wasting anyone’s time.

If you need someone to talk to

  • Contact Samaritans on 116 123 or email jo@samaritans.org. The phone line is open 24/7, and Samaritans aims to respond to emails within 24 hours. Find out more here
  • Text SHOUT to 85258. This Crisis Text line is open 24/7, and aims to respond to messages within five minutes. Find out more at here.

If you are worried about domestic abuse

  • Contact the National Domestic Abuse Helpline on 0808 2000 247, or find other ways to contact them here. The Helpline is open 24/7. The availability of other contact methods varies; please visit the above link for further information.

If you don’t have enough food

  • Contact the Trussell Trust on 0808 208 2138, or go to Trussell Trust to find your nearest food bank.
