Festive Opening Hours 2025/2026

Festive Opening Hours. We'll be closed during the festive period. Find out about crisis and other support available.

Over the festive period we at Inclusion Barnet are taking a short break. We will have a very small number of staff working from Monday 22nd December to Wednesday 24th December and we will be completely closed from midday on Wednesday 24th December – Friday 2nd January.  During this time we’ll be unable to respond to your queries, but if you’re in need of urgent support, please have a look at the resources below.

If your life or someone else’s life is at risk right now

If you or someone else feel in need of urgent medical help, might attempt suicide, or may have seriously self-harmed, please contact emergency services as follows:

  • call 999 for an ambulance
  • go straight to A&E, if you can

Both of these services are open 24/7

If you can’t do this by yourself, ask someone to help you. Mental health emergencies are serious. You’re not wasting anyone’s time.

If you’re in crisis:

If you need someone to talk to

  • Text SHOUT to 85258. This Crisis Text line is open 24/7, and aims to respond to messages within five minutes.

If you are worried about domestic abuse

If you need general medical help – dial 111

  • NHS 111 can book patients to be seen at their local A&E or Urgent treatment centre, emergency dental services, pharmacy or other more appropriate local service as well as send an ambulance should the patient’s condition be serious or life threatening. This service is available 24 hours a day, seven days per week.

If you don’t have enough food
