Today, we want to express our sincere gratitude to Jennifer Pearl, who has stepped down from her role as a Trustee here at Inclusion Barnet after six years.
Sadly, for us, Jennifer’s term has come to its natural end on rotation. For those unfamiliar with Trusteeship processes, our Trustees, who generously volunteer their time and expertise to guide our organisation, can serve up to two fixed terms of three years. This is a standard practice in many charities to ensure fresh perspectives and a healthy governance structure.
During her time with us, Jennifer has been a tireless ambassador for the organisation and raised our profile at many events.
We’ve been incredibly fortunate to have Jennifer as part of our team. Her passion for Inclusion Barnet’s cause has been evident in everything she’s done.
While we’ll miss their presence at our board meetings, we are pleased that Jennifer will continue to support us as an ambassador for Inclusion Barnet. We wish Jennifer all the best in her future endeavours.
We are delighted share that Sara Nicole Smith has volunteered to step up into this Co-Chair role from her current position as a Trustee with Inclusion Barnet. Sara-Nicole was voted into this new position by members at our Annual General Meeting earlier this week.
